These terms apply when you buy or use a Pulse IPTV subscription. By placing an order or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You are given a username and password when you subscribe. Keep them private. You are responsible for what happens on your account, so do not share your login with people outside your household.
Your plan allows a set number of devices to watch at the same time. Using more than your plan allows may cause streams to stop, and repeated sharing may result in the account being suspended.
Subscriptions run for the period you chose at checkout and are payable in advance. Prices, plan lengths and connection limits are shown on the order page at the time of purchase, and those details form part of these terms.
A subscription does not renew automatically unless the order page said so. It is your responsibility to renew before the expiry date if you wish to continue.
Refund eligibility is as stated on the order page at the time of your purchase. If you have a problem, please contact support first: most issues are solved quickly, and we would rather fix the service than process a refund.
We cannot offer a refund where the problem is caused by something outside our control, such as your own internet connection or device.
You agree not to resell, rebroadcast, record for distribution, or publicly show the service without our written permission, and not to use it for anything unlawful.
We work to keep the service running at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Maintenance, supplier changes and faults outside our control can all cause temporary interruptions.
Channel and content line-ups can change without notice, as they depend on our suppliers.
Pulse IPTV is used through third-party applications such as IPTV Smarters, TiviMate and IBO Player. Those applications are made by other companies. Any fee they charge is paid to them, not to us, and we are not responsible for how they behave or for changes they make.
You are responsible for making sure your device and internet connection are capable of streaming.
If you are a rights holder and believe content should not be carried, please see our Copyright Policy for how to contact us. We act on valid notices.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription period in which a problem occurred. We are not liable for indirect losses.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
Questions about these terms can be sent through our Support Centre.
