There are two ways to watch on a Windows computer. A dedicated desktop player gives you the full experience with a TV guide. VLC gets you watching in thirty seconds if you just want to check your account works.
What you need
- A Windows 10 or 11 PC or laptop
- Your Pulse IPTV login details from your welcome email
Step 1: Download IPTV Smarters for Windows
Always download it from the official site rather than a mirror.
- Visit iptvsmarters.com and choose the Windows download.
- Run the file you downloaded.
- If Windows shows Windows protected your PC, click More info then Run anyway. That notice appears for any installer Microsoft has not seen often.
Step 2: Log in
- Open the app and choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
- Enter your username, password and server URL from your welcome email.
- Click Add User.
Step 3: Or: use VLC
Good for a quick test. You will not get a TV guide or the films and series menus.
- Install VLC from videolan.org if you do not have it.
- Open Media > Open Network Stream, or press Ctrl + N.
- Paste the M3U link from your welcome email and click Play.
- Press Ctrl + L to see the channel list.
If something goes wrong
Black screen, but there is sound
Update your graphics driver. Older Intel laptop drivers are the usual cause.
Stuttering on a laptop
Plug the charger in and set the power mode to Best performance. On battery, laptops slow the processor down.

Is there a Mac version?
Yes. Use IPTV Smarters for macOS from iptvsmarters.com, or VLC, which works the same way on a Mac.
